We are seeking a competent 3PL Logistics Operations Agent to oversee our supply chain management efficiently. The 3PL Logistics Operations Agent will play a vital role in recording and analyzing riders' performance, managing day-to-day operations, and leveraging experience in manpower and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Record and evaluate riders' performance metrics.
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize manpower and customer service experience to optimize operations.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance supply chain management.
- Communicate effectively with delivery riders to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or complaints promptly.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Performance Team Leader/Operations Agent or in a related role is essential.
- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in standard logistics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage staff effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Urdu languages is mandatory.
- Experience in manpower management and customer service is required.
- Previous experience in 3PL logistics is advantageous.
- Valid work visa and immediate availability to join.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month

نحن نبحث عن وكيل عمليات لوجستيات 3PL كفء للإشراف على إدارة سلسلة التوريد بكفاءة. سيلعب وكيل عمليات اللوجستيات 3PL دورًا حيويًا في تسجيل وتحليل أداء السائقين، وإدارة العمليات اليومية، واستخدام الخبرة في إدارة القوى العاملة وخدمة العملاء لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
المسؤوليات
- تسجيل وتقييم مؤشرات أداء السائقين.
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لضمان الكفاءة والإنتاجية.
- استغلال خبرة القوى العاملة وخدمة العملاء لتحسين العمليات.
- تطوير خطط استراتيجية لتعزيز إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- التواصل بشكل فعال مع سائقين التوصيل لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- معالجة وحل أي مشكلات أو شكاوى تشغيلية بشكل سريع.
المتطلبات والمهارات
- خبرة سابقة كقائد فريق أداء/وكيل عمليات أو في دور ذي صلة أمر أساسي.
- مهارات قوية في حفظ السجلات والتحليل.
- إتقان برامج اللوجستيات القياسية.
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاعل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة المثبتة على قيادة وإدارة الموظفين بفعالية.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة بكاليوس في إدارة الأعمال أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- إتقان MS Office، وخاصة Excel، أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والأردية إلزامية.
- خبرة في إدارة القوى العاملة وخدمة العملاء مطلوبة.
- الخبرة السابقة في اللوجستيات 3PL ميزة إضافية.
- تأشيرة عمل سارية وتوفر فوري للانضمام.
