Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our hypermarket team. As a key member of our receiving department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety standards and ensuring products are stored efficiently.

Experience Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in a hypermarket setting
• Bahraini nationality required

Main Responsibilities:

1. Receive products with original LPO and HHT/PDT only.
2. Ensure all chilled/frozen products are received according to standard temperature guidelines.
3. Maintain vehicle and product temperature log sheets at all times.
4. Arrange storage of products in designated areas/categories.
5. Check expiry dates upon receiving products as per company policy.
6. Return damaged, expired, or excess promotional items within agreed timelines.
7. Update GRN log sheets and summaries daily.
8. Maintain high standards of food safety in the chiller, freezer, and receiving areas.
9. Do not reject deliveries or products without reporting to the receiving supervisor or duty manager.
10. In the absence of security, ensure all staff leaving the store are checked according to security policy.
11. Inform the line supervisor or duty manager before leaving the counter.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD350 per month

نبحث عن مساعد استلام متفاني ودقيق للانضمام إلى فريقنا في هايبر ماركت. كعضو رئيسي في قسم الاستلام، ستلعب دورًا حيويًا في الحفاظ على معايير سلامة الغذاء وضمان تخزين المنتجات بشكل فعال.

المتطلبات:

• 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في هايبر ماركت
• الجنسية البحرينية مطلوبة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. استلام المنتجات مع LPO الأصلي وHHT/PDT فقط.
2. التأكد من استلام جميع المنتجات المبردة/المجمدة وفقًا لإرشادات درجات الحرارة القياسية.
3. الحفاظ على سجل درجة حرارة المركبة والمنتجات في جميع الأوقات.
4. ترتيب تخزين المنتجات في المناطق/الفئات المخصصة.
5. التحقق من تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية عند استلام المنتجات وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.
6. إعادة المنتجات التالفة أو المنتهية الصلاحية أو العناصر الترويجية الزائدة ضمن الأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها.
7. تحديث سجل GRN والتلخيص يوميًا.
8. الحفاظ على معايير سلامة الغذاء العالية في الثلاجة والفريزر ومنطقة الاستلام.
9. عدم رفض أي تسليم أو منتجات دون إبلاغ مشرف الاستلام أو مدير المناوبة.
10. في حالة غياب الأمن، التأكد من فحص جميع الموظفين الذين يغادرون المتجر وفقًا لسياسة الأمان.
11. إبلاغ المشرف المباشر أو مدير المناوبة قبل مغادرة المكان.
