We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. Bahraini candidates are preferred. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for various surveying tasks, including topographic surveys, land surveys, using total stations, and building surveying.

Role Description:
- Conduct topographic and land surveys.
- Operate total stations for precise measurements.
- Carry out building surveying tasks and general surveying work as needed.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in topographic surveys and land surveying techniques.
- Skilled in using total stations for surveying.
- Experience in building surveying.
- Strong understanding of general surveying practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in surveying or related fields.
Pay: BD 300.000 - BD 350.000 per month.

نحن نبحث عن مسّاح أراضٍ ماهر للانضمام إلى فريقنا بدوام كامل في الموقع في محافظة العاصمة، البحرين. الأفضلية للمرشحين البحرينيين. سيكون المسّاح مسؤولاً عن مهام المسح المختلفة، بما في ذلك المسوحات الطبوغرافية، ومسح الأراضي، واستخدام محطات القياس الكلية، ومسح المباني.
التفاصيل
الوصف الوظيفي:
- إجراء مسوحات طبوغرافية ومسح الأراضي.
- تشغيل محطات القياس الكلية لتحقيق القياسات الدقيقة.
- تنفيذ مهام مسح المباني وأعمال المسح العامة حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، أو دبلوم مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
- إتقان تقنيات المسوحات الطبوغرافية ومسح الأراضي.
- المهارة في استخدام محطات القياس الكلية.
- خبرة في مسح المباني.
- معرفة قوية بممارسات المسح العامة.
- مهارات حل المشكلات والتحليل الممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة الفريق.
- الشهادات أو الدرجات ذات الصلة في المسح أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
الراتب: 300.000 - 350.000 دينار بحريني شهريًا.
