Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accountant (Odoo Specialist) to join our team and manage financial operations using the Odoo ERP software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to handle accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Odoo ERP to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts using Odoo.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting within Odoo.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes within Odoo.
- Provide training and support to team members on Odoo financial modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with [X]+ years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP software is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with other accounting software is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- التعاون مع الفرق المتعددة الوظائف لتقديم رؤى مالية ودعم القرارات التجارية.
- تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات المالية ضمن أودو.
- تقديم التدريب والدعم لأعضاء الفريق على وحدات المالية في أودو.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة كمحاسب، مع [X]+ سنوات في وظيفة مشابهة.
- إتقان استخدام برنامج أودو أمر ضروري.
- معرفة قوية بالمبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل ممتازة.
- اهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيم قوية.
- مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص قوية.
- الخبرة في استخدام برامج المحاسبة الأخرى ميزة إضافية.
