Job Description
The Infrastructure Operations Engineer will be based in Bahrain, reporting to the local IT manager. The role’s primary focus includes server/system patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS and firmware standardization across a global infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows Server/Exchange/ESX administration, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
High-Level Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot failed auto-patch deployments and perform patch installations, upgrades, and configurations according to company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work with global teams, including application and server owners, to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure global alignment.
- Server Management: May be involved in Windows Server builds and decommissioning.
- Flexibility: Responsibilities may change based on evolving business needs.
- Extended Hours: Be available for duty beyond standard working hours.
Working days: Sunday to Thursday.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Expertise in Windows Server Administration, VMware ESXi and vCenter, and hardware life cycle management (HPE, Dell).
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with NetApp, MSA, and Exchange Server (2016/2019), networking topology (DMZ, load balancing), and Veeam backup technologies is a plus.

سيكون مهندس عمليات البنية التحتية مقرّه في البحرين ويقوم بالتبليغ لمدير تكنولوجيا المعلومات المحلي. يرتكز الدور على إدارة تصحيحات الخوادم والأنظمة، معالجة الثغرات الأمنية، وتوحيد نظام التشغيل والبرامج الثابتة على مستوى البيئة العالمية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها: استكشاف عمليات التحديث الفاشلة وتثبيت التصحيحات والتحديثات وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- التعاون: العمل مع الفرق العالمية بما في ذلك مالكي التطبيقات والخوادم لمعالجة الثغرات وضمان التوافق العالمي.
- إدارة الخوادم: قد يشارك في بناء وإيقاف خوادم ويندوز.
- المرونة: يمكن تعديل المسؤوليات بناءً على متطلبات العمل.
- العمل خارج الساعات: الاستعداد للعمل خارج ساعات العمل العادية.
أيام العمل: من الأحد إلى الخميس.
المؤهلات
- الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 4-6 سنوات في دور مشابه.
- المهارات: خبرة في إدارة خوادم ويندوز، إدارة VMware ESXi وvCenter، وإدارة دورة حياة الأجهزة (HPE، Dell).
- مهارات إضافية: معرفة بـ NetApp، MSA، وإدارة خوادم Exchange (2016/2019)، بالإضافة إلى فهم توجيه الشبكات (DMZ، توزيع الأحمال) وتقنيات النسخ الاحتياطي مثل Veeam تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
