Primary Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff on-site. You will ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Duties
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction is crucial. You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all construction activities, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and manpower allocation.
Inspections and Compliance
Conducting regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations is essential. You will resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process and maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and resources.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess proven experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools is required, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Skills Required
You should have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards are vital. Certification or training in construction management or a related field is a plus.

يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي لهذا المنصب خبرة مثبتة كمشرف مدني أو في دور مشابه في صناعة البناء. مطلوب معرفة قوية بأساليب ومواد وأدوات البناء، بالإضافة إلى مهارات قيادية واتصالية ممتازة.
