As a
- Oversee and manage end customers and ICP to drive project delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure ICP follows SRT's delivery methods, offering training, guidance, and support to ensure successful system commissioning.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Department to maintain accurate project plans and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure project alignment, and address any necessary changes.
- Manage the construction, installation, and configuration tasks completed by ICP and third parties.
- Arrange and manage training sessions for customers and ICP in collaboration with the Delivery Team.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress, risks, and issues to SRT management.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in multi-site IT systems, ideally communication-based infrastructure.
- Proven success in managing civil engineering and construction projects.
- Experience in facilities installation and fit-out projects internationally.
- Strong engineering or IT networking background, with the ability to interpret technical system drawings.
- Extensive experience in managing remote civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Ability to influence diplomatically without direct authority.
- Cross-cultural understanding with an adaptable approach to ensure project success.
- Excellent attention to detail and common sense.
- Willingness to travel globally and work hands-on with customers during installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers of all seniority levels, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

- إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمواقع العملاء لمراقبة التقدم وضمان تماشي المشروع.
- إدارة أعمال البناء والتركيب والتكوين المنجزة من قبل الشريك المحلي والجهات الخارجية.
- ترتيب وإدارة الدورات التدريبية للعملاء والشريك المحلي بالتعاون مع فريق التسليم.
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة حول تقدم المشروع والمخاطر والمشكلات إلى إدارة SRT.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع لأنظمة تقنية المعلومات متعددة المواقع.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع الهندسة المدنية والبناء.
- خبرة في مشاريع التركيب والتجهيزات على مستوى دولي.
- خلفية قوية في الهندسة أو شبكات تقنية المعلومات مع القدرة على فهم الرسومات التقنية.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Project.
- القدرة على التأثير دبلوماسيًا دون سلطة مباشرة.
- استعداد للسفر والعمل مع العملاء لحل المشكلات والتركيب.
- مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات والقدرة على العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.
