About the Job:
Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd has been a leader in providing staffing solutions across various industries since 1991. We are dedicated to meeting the staffing needs for engineering roles in construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Mumbai-based team and manage financial transactions and reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in an executive-level position.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, guidelines, and regulations.

• Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile bank statements, resolving any discrepancies.

• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

• Database Management: Develop and maintain financial databases, systems, and records.

• Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide support during audits and financial reviews.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.

• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
