Join Beyon Connect and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our innovative products, including sales and product websites, mobile applications, and API SDKs. You will provide third-level technical support to our customers and assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to Beyon Connect’s production and operations. Additionally, you will contribute to authoring and maintaining technical documentation.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Beyon Connect’s products using various programming languages.
- Answer technical queries from customers regarding the Beyon Connect platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with the CTO and relevant stakeholders to ensure security and protection policies for platforms and data.
- Work with external development vendors for knowledge sharing and completion of product features.
- Support in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Prioritize projects based on the Head of Development’s direction.
- Undertake other tasks as required by the Head of Development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience in full-stack web and app development.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts.
- Any other related or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our product manager to ensure technical feasibility and scalability for new features from the outset.
- Design and document the technical architectures required for features prioritized by product management.
- Engage in technical dialogue with customers as part of pre-sale activities.
- Work with the technical leadership team to define the technical direction and future architecture of our platforms.
- Assist development teams in resolving technical challenges and managing the technical debt backlog.
- Lead technical discussions regarding our solution architecture with team members.
- Participate in the technical incident response for production issues.
- Node.js for our backend services.
- React for our frontend applications.
- React Native for our mobile applications.
- TypeScript for all our code.
- Azure DevOps for our CI/CD pipelines.
- Kubernetes and Docker for our operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualities, experiences, and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years as a solution architect.
- Experience working with complex distributed software systems, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and design patterns.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
- Passionate about software development and application architecture, with high motivation.
- Willingness to relocate to Bahrain.
- Experience with Node.js, React, and React Native.
- Familiarity with Kafka and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in an agile development environment.
- Knowledge of cryptography (e.g., encryption and digital signing).
- Experience with OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0.
