Member Service Representative (Full-Time) – NSA Bahrain

We are seeking a Member Service Representative to offer a full range of products and services including depository accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards. This position plays a key role in assisting members with banking functions and helping resolve account discrepancies, all while building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with checking, savings, certificates, and IRA accounts, as well as loan applications (consumer, mortgage, equity loans) and credit card applications.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to member accounts and loans.
- Counsel current and prospective members about Navy Federal’s range of products and services.
- Handle cash and negotiable instruments correctly, adhering to financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services, boosting member engagement.
- Provide support to junior team members, assisting with training and development.
- Participate in vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of savings, checking products, and related services.

Assistant Branch Manager to oversee the efficient operation of a branch, ensuring high-quality service to our members and proper completion of operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise branch staff in providing a full range of products and services, including lending and depository accounts (e.g., checking, savings, IRA, certificates).
- Support the Branch Manager in monitoring cash operations and ensuring credit union assets are secure.
- Manage daily vault operations, including opening, closing, and balancing.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, representing Navy Federal at financial presentations and local events.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding of team members.
- Help with budget planning, tracking, and managing business expenses.
- Guide team development in technical, soft, and leadership skills to ensure continuous growth.
- Analyze reports and conduct trend analysis to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies, including recruitment, compensation, and leave management.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
- Expertise in managing branch operations, including vault procedures and cash handling.
