We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Bahraini candidates to join our esteemed accounting team as Accountant Managers. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving the financial success of our organization. - Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Mentor and train junior accountants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Significant experience in accounting management or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

المسؤوليات:- إدارة والإشراف على فريق المحاسبة، وضمان التقارير المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسياسات مالية لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية للإدارة العليا.
- التأكد من الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية المحلية والدولية.
- إجراء التدقيقات المالية بانتظام لتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتقديم رؤى مالية ودعم اتخاذ القرار.
- الإشراف على عملية إعداد الميزانية، بما في ذلك التنبؤ والتحليل الفارق.
- تدريب وتوجيه المحاسبين الصغار، والمساهمة في تطويرهم المهني.
- الحفاظ على أعلى المعايير الأخلاقية والسرية في التعامل مع المعلومات المالية.
- الجنسية البحرينية مع ملف نشط في وزارة العمل.
- درجة في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة؛ شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة كبيرة في إدارة الحسابات أو دور مماثل.
- إتقان برامج المحاسبة وExcel.
- مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق قوية.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات بشكل ممتاز.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية متميزة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني في بيئة سريعة التغير.
