Role Description:
As an HSE Specialist at Helmerich & Payne, you will provide effective leadership, support, and guidance to develop and maintain a world-class safety culture. You will work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with safety expectations, assist in the implementation of safety policies, manage emergency response efforts, and address HSE-related concerns. Your role will involve training and developing staff, supporting Human Resources in Worker’s Compensation cases, and representing the company in litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to develop a world-class safety culture.
- Ensure alignment with company safety expectations and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Manage emergency response efforts and coordinate with customers on HSE concerns.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and company representative for litigation.
- Support Human Resources in Worker’s Compensation cases.
- Hire, train, and appraise staff, taking corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in HSE roles, preferably in the drilling or oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with emergency response and litigation support.
المؤهلات:
