Role Description:
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Manama. In this full-time, on-site role, you will develop and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance our procurement and sourcing software. Working closely with data scientists and engineers, you will integrate AI solutions to optimize various processes, from vendor management to budget analysis. You’ll be involved in identifying business opportunities and leading AI initiatives that bring value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI models and algorithms for integration into procurement and sourcing management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide AI-driven solutions.
- Design and deploy AI pipelines in collaboration with data scientists and software engineers.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and integrate them into our software solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Proficiency in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Expertise with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and tools like Spark and Hadoop.
- Programming experience in Python, R, and C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
