Key Responsibilities:

• Define audit strategy and ensure compliance with Ernst & Young's policies.
• Execute complex audit procedures and lead audit teams, managing staffing, fees, and project timelines.

• Identify risks, escalate issues, and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members, manage their development, and contribute to recruitment and training efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, or CPA).
• 10+ years of experience in external audit, with a focus on Wealth & Asset Management.
• Experience working with a Big 4 accounting firm and managing audit teams.
• Thorough knowledge of auditing techniques and IFRS standards.
• Project management experience and proficiency with audit tools and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuations and financial modeling for Oil & Gas clients, including M&A, purchase price allocations, and impairment reviews.
• Analyze market data, industry trends, and client businesses to support valuation assignments.
• Develop and present valuation reports, formulating well-reasoned conclusions and presenting findings to both internal teams and clients.
• Manage client queries and participate in both internal and external meetings regarding valuation projects.
• Build and review financial models specific to the Energy sector.
• Contribute to business development and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
• 3-5 years of experience in valuations, specifically in Oil & Gas or Energy clients.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including building models from scratch.
• Experience with valuation projects for M&A, fair valuations, and financial reporting.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 firm or professional services.
• Progress toward or completion of a CFA, CA, or another relevant qualification.
