Role Description:
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead our marine jetty projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and implementation of both floating and fixed jetties. You will prepare project-specific policies, manage resources, develop operational plans, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, construction, and erection of marine jetties.
- Develop and implement project-specific policies and procedures.
- Create and manage operational plans and budget estimates.
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Allocate resources efficiently for both physical and human needs.
- Review and approve project schedules and deadlines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Address challenges and guide problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing marine construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and quality standards.
