Support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing rotating and static
equipment in accordance with HSE standards, Enerflex policies, and project requirements.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Safely perform operation and maintenance on Solar Mars 100 gas compression packages and supporting equipment.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure increased uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot natural gas turbines, engines, and compressors.
- Perform preventative maintenance on engines, turbines, compressors, and pumps.
- Enter and manage data in CMMS/SAP, create and close work orders, and complete service reports.
- Collaborate with the mechanical supervisor to improve the overall maintenance program.
- Follow procedures and processes as directed by the supervisor and project requirements.
- Assist with plant operations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Technical or Engineering degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Experience with Solar Mars 100 gas turbines and centrifugal compressors.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with O&M activities in turbine-based gas compression plants.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, team player, and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in remote site conditions, hot and humid climate, and be on-call after hours.

المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية:- تنفيذ عمليات التشغيل والصيانة على حزم ضغط الغاز Solar Mars 100 والمعدات الداعمة بشكل آمن.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لضمان زيادة وقت التشغيل والموثوقية.
- حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتوربينات الغازية ومحركات الغاز والضواغط.
- القيام بالصيانة الوقائية للمحركات والتوربينات والضواغط والمضخات.
- إدخال البيانات في قاعدة بيانات CMMS/SAP، وإنشاء أوامر العمل وإغلاقها، وإعداد تقارير الخدمة.
- التعاون مع المشرف الميكانيكي لتحسين برنامج الصيانة الشامل.
- اتباع الإجراءات والعمليات كما يوجهها المشرف ووفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع.
- المساعدة في عمليات المصنع وحل المشكلات.
- شهادة تقنية أو هندسية في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بيئة مشابهة.
- خبرة في توربينات الغاز Solar Mars 100 وضواغط الطرد المركزي.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا؛ تعتبر العربية ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بأنشطة التشغيل والصيانة في محطات ضغط الغاز القائمة على التوربينات.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، وحل المشكلات، والعمل الجماعي، والتحلي بموقف إيجابي.
- القدرة على العمل في مواقع نائية، وفي ظروف مناخية حارة ورطبة، والجاهزية للعمل خارج أوقات الدوام.
