 Chinese Language Teacher

Job Description:
Shemot Academy is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. We aim to provide our students with a rich cultural experience while enhancing their language skills. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chinese Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mandarin Chinese to students of various ages and proficiency levels. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Teach Chinese language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests and assignments.
• Foster a supportive and interactive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in center events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Previous teaching experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Chinese culture and traditions.

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطط دروس تلبي معايير المنهج.
• تدريس مهارات اللغة الصينية بما في ذلك التحدث والاستماع والقراءة والكتابة.
• استخدام مجموعة متنوعة من أساليب التدريس لتلبية أنماط التعلم المختلفة.
• تقييم تقدم الطلاب من خلال الاختبارات والواجبات.
• تعزيز بيئة صفية داعمة وتفاعلية.
• التعاون مع الزملاء والمشاركة في فعاليات المركز.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم أو اللغويات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
• إجادة اللغة الصينية الماندرين بطلاقة أو شبه طلاقة.
• خبرة سابقة في التدريس تعتبر ميزة.
• مهارات تواصل قوية ومهارات العلاقات الشخصية.
• معرفة الثقافة والتقاليد الصينية.
