Director of Operations & Strategy
Role Overview:
The Director of Operations and Strategy is a critical role overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning. This position is responsible for leading strategy development and executing strategic projects in collaboration with all functions to enhance products, services, operating models, and processes in alignment with the Beyon Group’s objectives.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with experience managing diverse operational teams and a solid understanding of various business functions, including Finance, IT, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Lead end-to-end strategic change initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from business lines, corporate functions, and stakeholders.
- Develop business cases for strategic programs and secure necessary funding.
- Support strategic direction development through value-added partnerships and manage these partnerships in collaboration with the Product & Service Manager and Heads of LoBs.
- Communicate the strategic roadmap and priorities to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure beneficial agreements for partner service level agreements to support client needs.
- Maximize partnership levels in key geographies.
- Prepare and present annual and periodic reports covering strategic, financial, and operational performance to the CEO.
Operational:
- Identify potential roadblocks and emerging risks; manage and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business lines and functional areas, as well as within Beyon Solutions and the Beyon Group.
- Understand near and long-term business needs, identify opportunities for value-driven initiatives, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Develop and implement strategic synergies across the group.
- Review and improve technical and commercial proposals for clients.
- Implement best practices for Center of Excellence teams in collaboration with the CTO and Heads of LoBs.
- Advise on all operational functions and stay updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive position.
- Lead the Project Management function for internal and external projects.
- Revise and formulate policies to align with strategic goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
Financial:
- Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure profitability and resource allocation within financial parameters.
- Maximize financial performance through effective revenue recognition, payables, receivables, and cash generation management.
- Manage and report on the company’s financial position, including IFRS accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Direct and control supply chain operations.
- Evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Operate the department within headcount and budget limits, providing accurate performance reporting and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate reporting of rebates and incentives to finance.
- Align strategic direction and partnership models to create synergies across all companies.

- تعظيم مستويات الشراكة في المواقع الجغرافية الرئيسية.

تشغيلي:
- تحديد المشاكل المحتملة والمخاطر الناشئة؛ إدارة وتقديم المشكلات عند الحاجة.
