About the Job:
As a Senior Engineer, you will design and implement sophisticated OT systems and networks that support our daily process operations. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of IT and OT professionals—including automation engineers, OT cybersecurity analysts, APC engineers, OT analytics engineers, and OT network administrators—to ensure our OT infrastructure operates effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy company-wide hardware and software systems to support process operations.
- Monitor and maintain OT infrastructure systems to ensure they are operational and secure.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures in coordination with IT and OT teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems independently or collaboratively.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and emerging trends in hardware, software, and systems management to guide OT infrastructure decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Control Engineering, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) such as SCADA, DCS, and PLC within refining, oil and gas, or petrochemical industries.
- Specialized experience including a minimum of five years in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Industrial Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and providing engineering support in a refinery environment.
- Knowledge of integrating technologies such as 3D models, VR, or AR with digitalization solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards and best engineering practices related to Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Industrial Artificial Intelligence, and digitalization applications.
