> With CRPEP License
> 5 years work experience on general construction estimating experience, construction experience or related field. (In Bahrain)
> Proficient in computer skills.
> Able to analyze financial records and apply date to improve results.
> Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets and financial reports.
> Experience at compiling and following strict budget, strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
> In-depth understanding of construction materials, pricing and industry.
> Able to analyze problems and strategist for better solutions.
