 We are a Logistics Company seeking a Candidate who is Well organized,

 proactive and capable of multi-tasking for the Role of an HR and Operations Manager. You will be assisted by a Junior and must fulfil the below responsibilities along with him.


Responsibilities as HR Manager:


• You will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related duties, including recruitment, Visa Processing, employee onboarding &

offboarding and Visa Renewals of existing Employees.

• Providing Necessary Training to New Employees.

• Provide Training, Issue Warning Letters and Terminations of Poor Performing Employees.

• Manage Employee Vacation Requests accordingly to maintain Sufficient Active Staff at all times.


Responsibilities as Operations Manager:


• Monitor Employee Performance on a Daily Basis.

• Ensure that Employees have selected Sufficient Shifts for the upcoming week.

• Monitor Employee Performance during Peak Times.

• Collection and filing of all Employee Data.

• Reporting Accidents to the Insurance Company for Employee Insurance Claims.

• Solving day to day Operations related issues.


Requirements:


• Should be a Male in his early Thirties.

• Should have Prior experience in HR and or Operations.

• Should be Verbally Fluent in Hindi.

• Should be Proficient in English both written & verbal.

• Should have experience in dealing with Laborers.

• Should be Present in Bahrain.
