- Program Planning and Management: Responsible for planning and managing programs to meet service delivery, quality, and cost goals.
- Team Leadership: Act as the program team leader by reviewing user, technical, and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, and creating/tracking project schedules.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues, establishing project roadmaps.
- Business Needs Interpretation: Interpret business needs and oversee the translation into technical plans.
- Project Oversight: Provide regular oversight over project plans and reports, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Resource Management: Make resource adjustments to meet plans effectively.

Must Have Skills
- Project Management Experience: 5 to 7 years of project management experience preferred.
- Airline IT Project Management: Experience in managing airline-related IT projects.
- Customer Engagement: Customer-facing experience required.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English level, both verbal and written.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the airline industry domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive Attitude: Super positive and customer-first attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent; proficient with project scheduling software tools, with MS Project preferred.
Nice To Have Skills
- Product Knowledge: Level knowledge of Sabre products.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- الإشراف على المشروع: تقديم إشراف منتظم على خطط المشاريع والتقارير، وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة للتعديلات.
- إدارة الموارد: إجراء تعديلات على الموارد لتلبية الخطط بشكل فعال.

- إدارة مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الطيران: خبرة في إدارة مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتعلقة بالطيران.
- التعامل مع العملاء: خبرة في التعامل مع العملاء مطلوبة.
- إجادة اللغة: مستوى متقدم من اللغة الإنجليزية، شفوياً وكتابيًا.
- معرفة الصناعة: معرفة بمجال صناعة الطيران.
- مهارات الاتصال: مهارات اتصال كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.
- الموقف الإيجابي: موقف إيجابي جداً وتركيز على العميل.
- المهارات التقنية: إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office أو ما يعادلها؛ إتقان أدوات جدولة المشاريع، ويفضل استخدام MS Project.
المهارات المفضلة
- معرفة المنتجات: معرفة بمستوى منتجات Sabre.
- الخلفية التعليمية: يفضل الحصول على درجة البكاليوس.
