Risk Management Officer

Job description: Risk Management Officer

Our client, a Banking and finance company seeking a Risk management officer directly responsible for the overall analysis and management of risk including mitigating all risks

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards and practices relating to risk governance and effectively implement them.

Develop and implement processes to assess and/or monitor the effectiveness of risk governance frameworks / adherence to standards as appropriate

Support the maintenance of Risk related Mandates and Charters and ensure their ongoing relevance;

Act as an internal expert and develop company capability around risk governance and decision processes aligned with CBB Rule Book, and company operating model and risk policy &strategy; Review and evaluate systems and processes to determine adequacy of controls, operational inefficiencies, fraud, or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, or management policies or procedures.

Developing and implementing testing and audit plans that address the risks identified.

Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management plans.

Qualifications/Education & Experience

Master Degree + 2 years of experience

Bachelor Degree+ 4 years of experience

High Diploma + 6 years of experience

Diploma Degree + 10 years of experience

Language

English & Arabic

الوصف الوظيفي: مسؤول إدارة المخاطر

عميلنا، شركة مصرفية ومالية تبحث عن موظف إدارة مخاطر مسؤول بشكل مباشر عن التحليل الشامل وإدارة المخاطر بما في ذلك التخفيف من جميع المخاطر

المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية:

تطوير وصيانة أطر الحوكمة والمعايير والممارسات المتعلقة بحوكمة المخاطر وتنفيذها بشكل فعال.

تطوير وتنفيذ العمليات لتقييم و/أو مراقبة فعالية أطر حوكمة المخاطر / الالتزام بالمعايير حسب الاقتضاء

دعم صيانة التفويضات والمواثيق المتعلقة بالمخاطر وضمان استمراريتها؛

العمل كخبير داخلي وتطوير قدرات الشركة فيما يتعلق بحوكمة المخاطر وعمليات اتخاذ القرار بما يتماشى مع كتاب قواعد مصرف البحرين المركزي ونموذج تشغيل الشركة وسياسة المخاطر والاستراتيجية؛ مراجعة وتقييم الأنظمة والعمليات لتحديد مدى كفاية الضوابط أو عدم الكفاءة التشغيلية أو الاحتيال أو عدم الامتثال للقوانين أو اللوائح الحكومية أو سياسات أو إجراءات الإدارة.

تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الاختبار والتدقيق التي تعالج المخاطر التي تم تحديدها.

تقييم مخاطر المنتج أو الامتثال أو المخاطر التشغيلية وتطوير خطط إدارة المخاطر.

المؤهلات/التعليم والخبرة

ماجستير + خبرة سنتين

درجة البكالوريوس + 4 سنوات خبرة

دبلوم عالي + 6 سنوات خبرة

دبلوم + 10 سنوات خبرة
