HR & Operations Manager
We are a Logistics Company seeking a Candidate who is Well organized, proactive and capable of multi-tasking for the Role of an HR and Operations Manager. You will be assisted by a Junior and must fulfil the below responsibilities along with him.
Responsibilities as HR Manager:
· You will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related duties, including recruitment, Visa Processing, employee onboarding & offboarding and Visa Renewals of existing Employees.
· Providing Necessary Training to New Employees.
· Provide Training, Issue Warning Letters and Terminations of Poor Performing Employees.
· Manage Employee Vacation Requests accordingly to maintain Sufficient Active Staff at all times.
Responsibilities as Operations Manager:
· Monitor Employee Performance on a Daily Basis.
· Ensure that Employees have selected Sufficient Shifts for the upcoming week.
