Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot O365 issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Configure and manage security protocols in O365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), and Azure MFA.
