Microsoft 365 & Azure Consultant
Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot O365 issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Configure and manage security protocols in O365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), and Azure MFA.
Administering day to day operational support activities like, user accounts, licenses, and group policies within the O365 environment.
Administer and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure Active Directory.
Monitor Azure infrastructure for performance, availability, and security, using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center.
Implement and manage security features in Azure, including Azure Security Center, DLP & MFA etc.,
Ensure that both O365 and Azure environments comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
Develop and enforce DLP and MIP policies across O365 and Azure to protect sensitive data.
