About the job

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage the sales of the company products in the area and to support in the designing and conducting of sales strategies to meet the sales objectives for the assigned Area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Strategic Contribution

 Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations to deliver Nadec vision and mission. 

Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.

 Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

إدارة مبيعات منتجات الشركة في المنطقة والمساعدة في تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات للمنطقة المخصصة.

المسئوليات الرئيسية: 

المساهمة الاستراتيجية

 تنفيذ خطة العمل السنوية والأهداف والالتزام بالأجندة الاستراتيجية للمبيعات والتوزيع / عمليات المبيعات لتحقيق رؤية ورسالة نادك. 

ترجمة الاستراتيجية إلى خطط عمل تشغيلية لعمليات المبيعات والتوزيع / المبيعات وقيادة الأداء وتنفيذ تلك الخطط لتحقيق الأهداف الوظيفية وتقديم استراتيجية الشركة

السياسات والأنظمة والعمليات والإجراءات

الالتزام بالتوجيهات الخاصة بتطوير وتنفيذ سياسات الوحدة التنظيمية وأنظمتها وعملياتها وإجراءاتها، وتحديد مجالات التحسين المحتملة لضمان التشغيل الفعال والكفء.
