Job Title: Purchasing Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Purchasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring products for our supermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive purchasing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable contracts and pricing.
• Analyze market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Implement cost-saving measures and improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience in the retail or FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
