Job Position: Senior Quality Systems Specialist
About the Job
As the Senior Quality Systems Specialist at GlobalVision, you will manage projects and documentation across departments, focusing on ensuring the quality and security posture of the organization. Collaborating with teams like HR, Operations, Infrastructure, and Product, you will drive initiatives to enhance the security and compliance of our operations. A significant responsibility in this role will be contributing to the ongoing maintenance of our ISO 27001 Certification.
This is a 100% remote role, with at least 6 hours of overlap with the EST time zone.
As the Senior Quality Systems Specialist at GlobalVision, you will manage projects and documentation across departments, focusing on ensuring the quality and security posture of the organization. Collaborating with teams like HR, Operations, Infrastructure, and Product, you will drive initiatives to enhance the security and compliance of our operations. A significant responsibility in this role will be contributing to the ongoing maintenance of our ISO 27001 Certification.
This is a 100% remote role, with at least 6 hours of overlap with the EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and Update Procedures: Analyze and revise internal procedures, performing annual evaluations of Quality Procedures and Policies and implementing necessary updates.
- Audit Support: Oversee and support Quality, Information Security, and Data Privacy audits, both internal and external.
- Compliance Initiatives: Participate in ongoing projects within the Compliance Team, such as ISO 27001 upgrades, GDPR, Bill 25, etc.
- Supplier and Client Management: Build and manage Supplier Questionnaires, RFPs, and client FAQ Knowledge Bases.
- Data Management: Collect and analyze data for Quality Objectives, Metrics Datasheets, and Risk Registers.
- Training and Seminars: Participate in various Compliance Training sessions and seminars, and assist in organizing yearly training for internal GV employees.

- Process and Workflow Passion: A keen interest in workflows, processes, and how they influence a company's scalability.
- Experience: At least 4+ years in Information Security, Compliance, Risk Assessments, or Internal Audits.
- Client-Focused: Strong experience in managing client data, records, and information management services.
- Problem Solving: Ability to lead risk and compliance issue escalations and resolutions across teams.
