This is a full-time Food Quality Controller - Food Hygiene Specialist role at Food City Bahrain located in Manama, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing quality control, assurance, and management processes, conducting training, and auditing food safety standards.

Qualifications

Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills

Experience in conducting training on food hygiene and safety

Auditing skills to ensure compliance with food safety standards

Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22000)

Knowledge of local food safety regulations and standards
