Operations Manager
Location: Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain (On-site)
Job Purpose:
One of our clients from the retail industry in Bahrain is looking to hire an Operations Manager for Retail Stores.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale operations.
- Experience in the Middle East market and project management skills.
- Valid driver’s license for Bahrain.
- Proficient in Arabic.

Job Purpose:
One of our clients from the banking industry in Bahrain is looking to hire Business Development Officers.
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bringing in new customers, and working with them to sell products and services offered by the bank. The main focus will be on deposit mobilization (Current & Saving Accounts).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
أحد عملائنا من صناعة التجزئة في البحرين يبحث عن تعيين مدير عمليات لمتاجر التجزئة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات التجزئة، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة متعددة المواقع.
- سجل حافل في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وإدارة العمليات الكبيرة.
- خبرة في سوق الشرق الأوسط ومهارات إدارة المشاريع.
- رخصة قيادة سارية في البحرين.
- إتقان اللغة العربية.

سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة، وجذب عملاء جدد، والعمل معهم لبيع المنتجات والخدمات التي يقدمها البنك. سيكون التركيز الرئيسي على تعبئة الودائع (حسابات جارية وحسابات توفير).

- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو المالية، أو الاقتصاد، أو مجال ذي صلة يُفضل.
