Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

To identify, shortlist and develop new supply sources for existing material, alternative materials, or new requirements.

Gather information about potential new supplier through published records, web, catalogues, trade events etc.

Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.

Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field .

Good communications skill.

Excellent Oral and written English.

Proficient in Computer Application

Preferred to have 1 year experience in same field.
