About the job

Job Title: Operations Specialist
The objective of the job:
Efficient and accurate execution of service contracts and supplies in the military husbanding field throughout the GCC and Red Sea area, according to the terms and conditions laid down in the outstanding contracts with different Clients as well as to company guidelines.
Tasks:
Ensures the flow of communication between the company, the client, and the local agents, based in the various ports, to prepare the ship visit and/or the mission.
Negotiates with port local agents.
Prepares all contractual documents according to the type of contract/Navy.
Attends and supports operations on site, guaranteeing the success of the mission.
Manages all operational emergencies.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent years of experience in the field.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Discipline and consistency.
Readiness to travel on short notice.
Curiosity and willingness to learn.
Effective communication.
Familiarity with the husbanding field is considered a plus.
