Retail Brand Ambassador
Job description:
As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brands in our retail shop. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, promote our products, and create an exceptional shopping experience. You will help customers under- stand the benefits of our products, provide product demonstrations, and drive sales through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
Key Responsibility:
• Represent and promote the brand in a positive and professional manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining product displays.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

المرونة في العمل خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد والمناسبات المختلفة.
المسئولية الرئيسية:
• تمثيل العلامة التجارية والترويج لها بطريقة إيجابية ومهنية.
• التواصل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم والتوصية بالمنتجات المناسبة.
• إجراء عروض توضيحية للمنتج وتوفير معلومات مفصلة عن المنتج.
• المساعدة في تسويق المنتجات والحفاظ على عرضها.
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمساهمة في الأداء العام للمتجر.
• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
