Project Manager – International Projects

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, staff, coordinate, direct, and control project activities
Track project progress to meet financial, schedule, technical, and performance objectives
Oversee contract execution and ensure all deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for continued and new business opportunities
Serve as primary point of contact for communication with customers
Act as technical point of contact for subcontractors and coordinate project execution
Regularly evaluate project performance in terms of quality, cost control, and contractual compliance

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably with international projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to travel internationally as required (Spain, Italy)
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with contract management and technical project oversight

المسؤوليات

تخطيط وتنظيم وتوظيف وتنسيق وتوجيه ومراقبة أنشطة المشروع.
متابعة تقدم المشروع لتحقيق الأهداف المالية والزمنية والفنية وأهداف الأداء.
الإشراف على تنفيذ العقود وضمان جودة جميع المخرجات وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها لضمان استمرارية فرص العمل الجديدة.
العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للتواصل مع العملاء.
العمل كنقطة اتصال فنية للمقاولين من الباطن وتنسيق تنفيذ المشروع.
تقييم أداء المشروع بانتظام من حيث الجودة والتحكم في التكاليف والامتثال التعاقدي.

متطلبات

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع دولية.
مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية وتواصلية متميزة.
القدرة على السفر دوليًا حسب الحاجة (إسبانيا، إيطاليا).
قدرات استباقية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
إلمام بإدارة العقود والإشراف الفني على المشاريع.
