Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the company.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.

Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, particularly from engineering and oil & gas backgrounds.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies in all recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions.

ضمان الترتيب السليم ووضع العلامات والسلامة للبضائع المخزنة.

الإشراف على أنشطة التحميل والتفريغ وإدارة موظفي المستودعات.
