المهام الرئيسية:

تقدير التكاليف: تحليل دقيق لمخططات المشروع لإعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف، تطوير أسعار للوحدات بناءً على البيانات السابقة ومعرفة السوق، ووضع خطط احتياطية تحسبًا للتكاليف غير المتوقعة.
