Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for assigned projects.

Review design documents, technical specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely execution.

Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for approvals, inspections, and compliance.

Ensure MEP activities are executed as per local authority regulations and safety standards.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and solutions.

Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.

· Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

· Responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating equipment in residences, commercial, and industrial buildings.

· إعداد تقارير تكاليف المشروع، وإقرار الإيرادات، وإغلاق نهاية الشهر/نهاية العام.

· إعداد الفواتير وأوامر الشراء وعمليات إغلاق المشروع.

· دعم استعدادات التدقيق، وإعداد القيود اليومية، وإجراء عمليات تسوية الدفاتر.

· تفويض المهام إلى فريق المحاسبة ومراجعة المستندات.

· تحليل البيانات المالية بحثًا عن التناقضات؛ ومطابقة الحسابات شهريًا.

مراجعة وثائق التصميم والمواصفات الفنية والرسومات لضمان الدقة والتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع.

إعداد وإدارة جداول المشروع والميزانيات والموارد لضمان التنفيذ في الوقت المناسب.

التواصل مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والبائعين للحصول على الموافقات والفحوصات والامتثال.

التأكد من تنفيذ أنشطة MEP وفقًا للوائح السلطة المحلية ومعايير السلامة.

قيادة اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لأصحاب المصلحة حول التقدم والمخاطر والحلول.
