Sales Engineer (Construction Chemical)

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell construction chemical products to contractors, consultants, and distributors.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.

• Provide technical support, product presentations, and on-site demonstrations.

• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on projects.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في مجال الرواتب، مع تفضيل الخبرة الإشرافية.

معرفة قوية بلوائح الرواتب والامتثال لها.

إجادة برامج الرواتب وبرنامج مايكروسوفت إكسل.

اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.

مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.

مهندس مبيعات (كيماويات البناء)

المسؤوليات

• ترويج وبيع منتجات المواد الكيميائية المستخدمة في البناء للمقاولين والمستشارين والموزعين.

• تحديد وتطوير فرص الأعمال الجديدة في قطاع البناء.

• توفير الدعم الفني وعروض المنتجات والعروض التوضيحية في الموقع.

• إعداد مقترحات المبيعات، والتفاوض على العقود، وإبرام الصفقات.

• الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين ومتابعة المشاريع.

• ابق على اطلاع باتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين واحتياجات العملاء.

المؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية / الكيميائية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• - خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مبيعات المنتجات الكيميائية للبناء.

• معرفة قوية بالمواد المضافة، والعزل المائي، والجص، والمواد المانعة للتسرب، ومعالجات الأسطح.

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.

• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول والرغبة في السفر إلى مواقع المشاريع.
