Job Opening: Land Survey Engineer – Cadastral & Geodetic Surveying (SLRB Compliance, Bahrain)

Location: Sanad, Bahrain

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 5 years in land surveying

Qualification: Bachelor of Survey Engineering, CRPEP License in Land Survey Engineering or willingness to obtain license

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate cadastral and geodetic surveys in compliance with Survey & Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) and Cadastral Survey Directorate (CSD) standards

• Carry out land subdivision, merging, and registration surveys

• Certify survey work conducted independently or by others under your responsibility

• Prepare detailed cadastral maps and documentation for submission to SLRB

• Operate modern surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, GIS tools)

• Prepare detailed reports, survey drawings, and documentation for land registration

• Coordinate with government authorities and engineering teams on land-related matters

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant surveying experience

• Valid CRPEP Land Survey Engineering license—or commitment to obtain before joining

• Proficiency with modern surveying instruments and GIS software

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with Bahraini cadastral regulations

فرصة عمل: مهندس مساحي أراضي – المسح العقاري والمسح الجيوديسي (متوافق مع هيئة المساحة وتسجيل الأراضي – SLRB، البحرين)

الموقع: سند، البحرين

نوع العمل: دوام كامل

الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المساحة الأرضية

المؤهل: بكالوريوس في هندسة المساحة، ورخصة CRPEP في هندسة المساحة الأرضية أو الاستعداد للحصول عليها

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إجراء المسوح العقارية والجيوديسية بدقة وفق معايير هيئة المساحة وتسجيل الأراضي (SLRB) ومديرية المسح العقاري (CSD)

• تنفيذ أعمال تقسيم الأراضي، دمجها، ومسح التسجيل

• التصديق على أعمال المسح المنفذة بشكل مستقل أو من قبل ممارسين آخرين تحت مسؤوليتك

• إعداد خرائط تفصيلية ووثائق عقارية لتقديمها إلى SLRB

• تشغيل معدات المسح الحديثة (GPS، محطات شاملة، أدوات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS)

• إعداد تقارير ورسومات تفصيلية لأغراض التسجيل العقاري

• التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية وفرق الهندسة في الأمور المتعلقة بالأراضي

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المساحة الأرضية

• رخصة CRPEP هندسة المساحة الأرضية سارية أو الالتزام بالحصول عليها قبل الانضمام

• إتقان استخدام أدوات المسح الحديثة وبرمجيات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS

• دقة عالية، مهارات تحليلية، ومعرفة جيدة باللوائح العقارية البحرينية
