Responsibility

  Maintain strong product knowledge t address customer questions and concerns.

  Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and end users.

  Report on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Sales Executive

 Conduct cold calls t prospective clients and set appointments.

 Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.

 Promote and sell various telecom products and services t clients.

 Negotiate sales prices

 Explain the features and benefits of the products and services t clients and answer their questions and concerns.

 Prepare and present proposals and quotations t clients.

 Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

 Provide excellent customer service t clients before and after sales.
