📌 Job Role:

  Promote and sell our HR-related services such as payroll, employee visa processing, GOSI, LMRA works, recruitment, PRO services, and other employee support tasks.

  Build and maintain client relationships in Bahrain (companies or individuals).

  Identify new leads and convert them into long-term clients.

  Attend meetings and represent the company professionally.

  Update leads and sales activity regularly.

🎯 Requirements:

  Previous sales experience in Bahrain (any field – HR or general).

  Knowledge of Bahrain market and contacts is an advantage.

  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  Self-driven, target-oriented, and responsible.

  Willing to work full-time or part-time (flexible).

  Commission-only – no fixed salary, but high earning potential based on performance.

📌 الدور الوظيفي:

  الترويج وبيع خدماتنا المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية مثل الرواتب، ومعالجة تأشيرات الموظفين، وأعمال التأمينات الاجتماعية، وهيئة تنظيم سوق العمل، والتوظيف، وخدمات العلاقات العامة، ومهام دعم الموظفين الأخرى.

  بناء والحفاظ على علاقات العملاء في البحرين (الشركات أو الأفراد).

  تحديد العملاء الجدد وتحويلهم إلى عملاء على المدى الطويل.

  حضور الاجتماعات وتمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي.

  تحديث العملاء المحتملين ونشاط المبيعات بانتظام.

🎯 المتطلبات:

  خبرة سابقة في المبيعات في البحرين (أي مجال - الموارد البشرية أو العام).

  معرفة سوق البحرين والاتصالات تعتبر ميزة.

  مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض.

  ذاتية الدفع، موجهة نحو الهدف، ومسؤولة.

  على استعداد للعمل بدوام كامل أو بدوام جزئي (مرن).

  العمولة فقط - لا يوجد راتب ثابت، ولكن إمكانية الربح عالية بناءً على الأداء.
