Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in material control or inventory management.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials.

• Track material movement, usage, and reorder levels.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments.

• Prepare reports on stock status, discrepancies, and consumption rates.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.

Production Supervisor (Block Factory)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in block or precast production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of concrete block production machinery and quality control standards.

الوظائف الشاغرة المتاحة

مراقب المواد

المؤهلات:

• دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• - 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في مراقبة المواد أو إدارة المخزون.

• - المعرفة بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (SAP أو Oracle مفضل).

• الاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل والمهارات التنظيمية.

• مهارات التواصل الجيدة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

المسؤوليات:

• مراقبة وإدارة مستويات المخزون لضمان توفر المواد.

• تتبع حركة المواد واستخدامها ومستويات إعادة الطلب.

• التنسيق مع أقسام المشتريات والمستودعات والإنتاج.

• إعداد التقارير عن حالة المخزون والاختلافات ومعدلات الاستهلاك.

• ضمان التخزين السليم ووضع العلامات على المواد.

مشرف إنتاج (مصنع البلوك)

المؤهلات:

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو المدنية.

• أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في إنتاج الكتل أو الخرسانة الجاهزة، مع ما لا يقل عن عامين في دور إشرافي.

• معرفة آلات إنتاج البلوك الخرساني ومعايير مراقبة الجودة.

• مهارات القيادة وإدارة الفريق.

• فهم جيد لممارسات الصحة والسلامة.

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في مصنع تصنيع الكتل.

• تأكد من تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج ومعايير الجودة وبروتوكولات السلامة.

• تنسيق جداول القوى العاملة وصيانة الآلات.

• فحص المنتجات النهائية وحل مشكلات الإنتاج.

• الحفاظ على سجلات الإنتاج وتقديم التقارير إلى إدارة المصنع.

مشغل مضخة الخرسانة

المؤهلات:

• - شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.

• رخصة سارية المفعول لتشغيل المعدات الثقيلة أو المضخات.

• أكثر من سنتين من الخبرة في تشغيل مضخات الخرسانة.

• فهم إجراءات السلامة والتعامل مع المعدات.

• لائق بدنيًا وقادر على العمل في بيئات البناء الخارجية.

المسؤوليات:

• تشغيل وصيانة آلات مضخات الخرسانة في مواقع البناء.

• قم بإعداد أنظمة المضخات وتوجيه تدفق الخرسانة بشكل آمن.

• فحص المعدات قبل الاستخدام وإجراء الصيانة الأساسية.

• العمل مع مشرفي الموقع لتلبية متطلبات الصب.

• اتبع كافة إجراءات السلامة والتشغيل بالموقع.

مشرف عقارات (بحريني)

المؤهلات:

• مواطن بحريني.

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة العقارات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

• 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال العقارات أو إدارة المرافق.

• معرفة جيدة بقوانين الملكية المحلية وعلاقات المستأجرين.
