Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure project progress according to plans.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.

• Monitor material usage, labor performance, and site conditions.

• Prepare daily site reports and communicate updates to the project manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and materials.

• Proficient in MS Office and site management software (AutoCAD is a plus).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise civil and finishing works on site to ensure quality and timely completion.

Coordinate daily with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities regarding project updates, technical issues, and approvals.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and material requirements.

Verify quantities, review BOQs, and ensure proper cost control throughout the project.

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with design, specifications, and local regulations.

Handle progress reporting, documentation, and correspondence related to the project.

Evaluate and compare market prices for materials and services to optimize project costs.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على أنشطة البناء في الموقع والتأكد من تقدم المشروع وفقًا للخطط.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين للحفاظ على سير العمل.

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والمعايير الفنية.

• مراقبة استخدام المواد، وأداء العمالة، وظروف الموقع.

• إعداد تقارير يومية عن الموقع وإبلاغ مدير المشروع بالتحديثات.

المؤهلات

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• - خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في الإشراف على مواقع البناء.

• معرفة قوية برسومات البناء والأساليب والمواد.

• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وإدارة المواقع (يعتبر AutoCAD ميزة إضافية).

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات.

مهندس مشروع أول

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة والإشراف على الأعمال المدنية والتشطيبية في الموقع لضمان الجودة والانتهاء في الوقت المناسب.

التنسيق اليومي مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين والفرق الداخلية لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.

التواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء والمستشارين والسلطات فيما يتعلق بتحديثات المشروع والمشكلات الفنية والموافقات.

إعداد ومراقبة ميزانيات المشروع والجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات المواد.

التحقق من الكميات، ومراجعة فواتير الكميات، وضمان التحكم السليم في التكاليف طوال المشروع.

التأكد من تنفيذ كافة الأعمال بما يتوافق مع التصميم والمواصفات واللوائح المحلية.

التعامل مع تقارير التقدم والتوثيق والمراسلات المتعلقة بالمشروع.

تقييم ومقارنة أسعار السوق للمواد والخدمات لتحسين تكاليف المشروع.
