Job Description:
Installation & Commissioning: Install PAC units, refrigerant piping, ducting, condensate drains, and electrical connections.
Assist in commissioning, testing, and balancing of PAC systems following manufacturer guidelines and project specifications.
Operation & Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of PAC systems.
Monitor system performance (temperature, humidity, airflow) and adjust as required.
Troubleshoot issues related to refrigeration, electrical, and control systems.
Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, fans, filters, sensors, and control boards.
Technical Support: Assist senior foreman/engineer in fault diagnosis and system upgrades.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts and warranty support.
Support integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) when required.
Quality & Safety: Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company and site safety standards.
Maintain accurate service reports, checklists, and logbooks for PAC systems.
Report potential risks or failures proactively to supervisors.
Competency Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in HVAC systems.
Basic knowledge of electrical and control systems.
Good communication and teamwork ability.
Safety awareness and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Title: Draftsman – Male
Location: Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
Convert conceptual designs and engineering sketches into accurate, coordinated shop drawings for construction and fabrication
Revise and modify drawings based on site instructions, consultant feedback, and design changes
Ensure all drawings meet project standards, specifications, and local authority regulations
Assist in preparing as-built drawings, technical documentation, and material submittals
Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design discrepancies
Maintain structured drawing control and documentation system
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering
1–3 years of experience in drafting for construction projects (GCC experience preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting/BIM software
Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and MEP coordination
Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of Bahrain construction standards and authority submission requirements is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach

الإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر محتملة للمشرفين بشكل استباقي.

دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، أو المعمارية.
خبرة من 1–3 سنوات في الرسم الهندسي لمشاريع البناء (يفضل خبرة في دول الخليج).
إجادة استخدام AutoCAD, Revit، وبرامج الرسم أو BIM الأخرى.
فهم قوي للرسومات الهندسية، التفاصيل، وتنسيق أعمال MEP.
دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل مع التركيز على الدقة الفنية والوضوح.
القدرة على التعامل مع عدة مهام رسمية والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية تحت إشراف.
