NDT Multi Technician

Location: Manama – Full-time

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

• Certified in multiple NDT methods such as UT, RT, MT, PT (ASNT Level II or equivalent).

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in NDT inspections.

• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API).

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and inspection reports.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using various techniques on equipment and structures.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document test results.

• Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.

• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.

• Communicate findings with supervisors and suggest corrective actions if necessary.

API 510 Engineer

Qualifications:

• Certified API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pressure vessel inspection or mechanical integrity.

• Familiarity with codes such as ASME Section VIII, API 570, and API 653 is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection and assessment of pressure vessels in compliance with API 510 standards.

• Prepare inspection reports and recommend necessary repairs or alterations.

• Participate in maintenance planning and risk-based inspection programs.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety of pressure equipment.

• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to improve asset integrity.

الوظائف الشاغرة المتاحة

فني متعدد الاختبارات غير التدميرية

الموقع: المنامة – دوام كامل

المؤهلات:

• دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المجال التقني ذي الصلة.

• حاصل على شهادة في طرق NDT المتعددة مثل UT و RT و MT و PT (ASNT المستوى الثاني أو ما يعادله).

• - خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في عمليات التفتيش غير التدميرية.

• معرفة قوية بمعايير الصناعة (ASME، ASTM، API).

• القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الفنية وتقارير التفتيش.

المسؤوليات:

• إجراء اختبارات غير مدمرة (NDT) باستخدام تقنيات مختلفة على المعدات والهياكل.

• إعداد تقارير التفتيش التفصيلية وتوثيق نتائج الاختبار.

• تأكد من إجراء جميع الاختبارات وفقًا للرموز ومعايير السلامة المعمول بها.

• صيانة ومعايرة معدات الاختبار.

• تواصل مع المشرفين بشأن النتائج واقترح الإجراءات التصحيحية إذا لزم الأمر.

مهندس API 510

المؤهلات:

• مفتش معتمد لأوعية الضغط API 510.

• يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال فحص الأوعية المضغوطة أو السلامة الميكانيكية.

• المعرفة بالرموز مثل ASME Section VIII وAPI 570 وAPI 653 تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وكتابة التقارير.

المسؤوليات:

• إجراء فحص وتقييم أوعية الضغط وفقًا لمعايير API 510.

• إعداد تقارير التفتيش والتوصية بالإصلاحات أو التعديلات اللازمة.

• المشاركة في تخطيط الصيانة وبرامج التفتيش القائمة على المخاطر.

• ضمان الامتثال التنظيمي وسلامة معدات الضغط.
