Specialty Coffee Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and support staff to provide exceptional service.

Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and maintain consistency in beverages according to company standards.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the availability of high-quality coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive experience for all guests.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and other administrative tasks.

Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and industry standards.

Develop strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty through promotions and excellent service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or in a similar leadership role in a specialty coffee shop or café.

Passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing methods and techniques.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

Ability to handle cash transactions and basic financial reporting.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Cost Controller

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.

Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.

قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز فريق من عمال القهوة وموظفي الدعم لتقديم خدمة استثنائية.

ضمان إعداد القهوة عالية الجودة والحفاظ على الاتساق في المشروبات وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.

مراقبة مستويات المخزون والحفاظ عليها، وضمان توافر حبوب البن عالية الجودة والمعدات والإمدادات.

معالجة استفسارات العملاء وحل الشكاوى والحفاظ على تجربة إيجابية لجميع الضيوف.

تنفيذ وإنفاذ سياسات وإجراءات الشركة لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وكفاءة.

مراقب التكاليف

متطلبات:

خبرة مثبتة كمراقب تكاليف، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو الضيافة.

مهارات قوية في التحليل وإعداد التقارير المالية.

الكفاءة في استخدام برامج مراقبة التكاليف وبرنامج MS Excel.
