Project Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to execute projects in line with approved plans and budgets

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites

• Develop, update, and track detailed project schedules using project management tools

• Control and monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively addressing potential risks

• Lead and supervise site teams and labor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality practices

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Manage change orders, variations, and deviations from approved project plans

• Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders

Data Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize student data

• Analyze data to improve performance and operations

• Prepare clear reports and dashboards for management

• Support staff with data for plans and assessments

• Ensure data security and privacy compliance

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst

• Technical writing experience, including queries, reports, and presentations

QAQC - HEAD

Roles & Responsibilities:

Quality Management & Control:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and inspection plans for all precast production activities

• Ensure all products meet required standards before delivery

• Oversee day-to-day quality control at batching, casting, curing, demoulding, and finishing stages

• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Lead investigations for non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure

Concrete Technology & Mix Design:

• Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various precast applications, including grey, white, acid-washed, and sandblasted finishes

• Monitor raw material quality and conduct periodic testing of aggregates, cement, admixtures, and reinforcement

• Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure consistent concrete quality and finish

Finishes & Aesthetics:

• Supervise and ensure consistent surface finishes—sandblasted, white concrete, acid-washed, painted, or textured panels

• Conduct mock-ups and sample approvals with clients and consultants

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إدارة الجودة ومراقبتها:

• تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة إجراءات الجودة وخطط التفتيش لجميع أنشطة الإنتاج المسبق.

• التأكد من أن جميع المنتجات تفي بالمعايير المطلوبة قبل تسليمها للموقع.

• الإشراف على الجودة اليومية في مراحل الخلط والصب والمعالجة وإزالة القوالب والتشطيب.

• إجراء عمليات تدقيق داخلية وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية.

• قيادة التحقيقات للتقارير غير المطابقة وضمان إغلاقها في الوقت المناسب.

تقنيات الخرسانة وتصميم الخلطات:

• تطوير وتحسين تصميمات خلطات الخرسانة لتطبيقات مسبقة الصب المختلفة بما في ذلك التشطيبات الرمادية والبيضاء والمغسولة بالأحماض والرملية.

• مراقبة جودة المواد الخام وإجراء اختبارات دورية للركام والأسمنت والملحقات والتسليح.

• العمل عن كثب مع فرق الإنتاج والفنيين لضمان جودة الخرسانة والتشطيب باستمرار.

التشطيبات والجماليات:
