Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
Count and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
Knowledge in handling delivery app such as Talabat, Ahlan, Jahez
Filling a daily sales report
Knowledge in Coffee Making
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
