Web Developer
About the job
Creating a great customer experience through web applications is core to our success. The Customer Experience team is responsible for ensuring that our customers can utilize the different products offered by us. Specifically, the role of a Web Developer is to lead by example, guiding less senior team members in creating awesome financial experiences on the web.
As a successful candidate, you will come from a technical background with hands-on experience developing extensible web architectures. You will have demonstrated the ability to choose architectures, create web applications and websites, and work with backend services. You will be able to demonstrate that you have a passion for and are mission-driven with regard to creating a great customer experience. We want to see examples of your work on the web, with the ability to discuss your decisions to help make these web apps successful.
What You’ll Be Working On
Provide technical guidance.
Design and deliver scalable and resilient code.
Develop highly performant and scalable web apps using React and Typescript.
Interact with Product and Design teams.
Use and help guide API development. Create proof-of-concept implementations for new features and architectures.
Present easy-to-understand web concepts to the team.
Help create secure solutions on the web platform.
Help create and maintain an amazing CI/CD pipeline, including unit tests and static analyses.
Add and use instrumentation and logging to support data-informed decisions.
Experience with Styled components.
Experience with ThemeProvider.
Experience using design systems.
